This is a android / swivel tablet in good condition works just fine and the only thing is I have bought this off of ebay and have not had time to take it to the computer shop so if you are a computer genious or know of any one that is than this is for you so I am starting out with 5000 bids and will go for 10 days if you have any more questions feel free to ask and if I am awake I will get back with you and if not I will answer all questions when I wake up so happy bidding and god bless and thanks for stopping by to see my auction..... first question - I am not that much computer smart so i can not answer that one for yo and plus I only know that it runs very good and if the password was known you will be able to get on the internet and do your thing .... And for the second question yes the charger is included as you see in the picture and also yes I will send it to canada only since it is on the out skirt of the u.s. for free....
