I don't really understand what this is besides Mater in a package. Could you explain the water still in the package please? And what you are offering here! My hubby and daughter love playing with cars on the floor and this would be a nice addition to their collection of it is a working car?

yes its a new mater truck never played with and would love to have a family love him and play with him he's 2-3 in long and 1 1/2 in tall he needs a loving home !!
