This auction is for a set of three books found on many high school reading lists. I have eight titles and you can pick any three. The books you can choose from are:

1. Hawthorne's Short Stories -- In perfect condition, like new.

2. The Scarlet Letter by Nathanial Hawthorne -- A slight tear in the upper left hand corner of the cover, but otherwise like new

3. Brave New World by Aldous Huxley -- A little scratching/smudging on the cover and the pages are a little bent at the corners, but otherwise in good condition. I just want to note that Brave New World is one of my two absolute favorite books (the other being 1984); I'm giving this copy away because I have two copies.

4. Uncle Tom's Cabin by Harriet Beecher Stowe -- A little bit of wear at the very top of the cover, but otherwise like new

5. Adventures of Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain -- A little bit of smudging/scratches on the cover, but like new on the inside

6. Lord of the Flies by William Golding -- Some wear and tear and the corners and edges of the covers and some pencil marks on the edges of the pages, and a little warping of the pages, but in decent condition

7. Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury -- The cover is pretty bent and there's a pen mark on it, and the pages inside are mostly kind of bent, but in decent condition

8. On Writing Well by William Zinsser -- lots of highlighting in pink highlighter throughout the book. Says "Amanda" a number of times on the inside cover. If highlighting bothers you, I wouldn't recommend choosing this one. The cover is a little bent.
