You have decided on a flat rate of $5 for shipping. So when they ask how much, tell them it is $5 in the US. As for Canada, what you need to do is package this up and weigh it, then go to usps.com to calculate shipping there.
Every auction here works on credits, not money so you may want to consider that before you list something. You also need to decide how you want to be paid for shipping....Paypal, money order, concealed cash...etc.
