yes its rare but it does exist. I too never heard of it till i ran across this pendant at my jeweler's Faith Jewelers in Jacksonville, FL . Gwen showed it to me and i've been hooked ever since.have a pair of earrings in white gold w/ green amethysts.good luck and happy bidding!
