Brand new with tags, never worn (only tried on), super cute sundress by Speed Control New York. Women's size 3X, but could fit from 1X-3X. Features adjustable straps, thick elastic waistband, elastic back, and adorable bubble-hemline (elastic in hemline). Model is a "D" cup, but would fit up to a "DDD" comfortably. Would look really cute with sweater or shrug! 100% Cotton.

Approx. measurements:
Chest- 23.5" across, unstretched (from seam to seam)
Waist- 20" across, unstretched
Length- 37.5" (from top of shoulder strap to bottom hemline)

Im close to 5.8. I have a so many tops that could be a dress to someone els. When I buy tops I try to buy ones 30 or more inch long. Lol lucky me. Would not change me for anything. Lol

No, the fabric isn't stretchy, but it has very stretchy elastic across the back & waist.
