Its really small like hand held. I would say it is also kid friendly. Its used to play older games, its has a calculator, organizer, and I think it has a few other features. I used to have one, but I don't think I looked at all the features

Online reviews indicate these are poor quality and break soon after opening. Since the manufacturer no longer makes them, what would you offer if the one you sent didn't work?

Yes well it is an old model. It
has never been opened so it should function just fine. Unfortunately, I cannot garantee how long it will last because I did not manufacture the product. My mother purchased two of these when they came out, however, we only opened one. Due to the fact that I was very young, I did not find interest in using a personal organizer, and I did not have the motivation to read through the manual. I can throw in a grab bag that are of the same value as this item, however, I do not think I can do anymore then that.
