In good condition has some scuffs from my son handling it but other than that works well... the apps work good the Internet is kinda slow though. But if you're electronic savvy you might be able to make it run faster! You pay shipping!

Yes the camera works it faces you like if you want to Skype and stuff and yes it has no password lock I'd reset it to factory setting
