FREE: antique glass cameo buttons mother of pearl

The listing, antique glass cameo buttons mother of pearl has ended.

These were made by HEIDT Glass Co. N.Y. and recovered from their warehouse.
HEIDT also used to make pressed glass for Tiffany Studios. I just love cameos, and if you are like me, you are going to wet yourself when you see these in person. These are absolutely gorgeous; these are done in what I believe they call luster glass, they have an aurora borealis look to them, and are in pristine condition for their age. They measure three quarters of an inch tall. You get the lot of six of them, from what I understand that is plenty to do a lovely blouse, a pullover Victorian v-neck vest, and even a hoop skirt petticoat. Apparently the buttons were done in sixes back then. These are solid glass, including the loop hole where the thread goes. If you are in love with cameos, or want a special set for a restoration project, or just love Victorian antiques, you will love these!
