They are 17.5 inches long.

They are 17.5 when they are flat but when you put them on and they get stretched width wise they get a little shorter. I am 5' 2" and when one end is level with the bottom of my heel/the floor the other end is about mid knee.

I think I bought them in high school for an 80s day thing and then didn't end up wearing them. They've been sitting in my closet ever since.
