Sony vaio laptop with no hard drive so there for it dosent have and operating system. This laptop worked very well before the hard drive died on me about a week ago. It comes with everything except the charging cable cuz I can't find it but if I do I'll be updating this post to let you guys know but she charges and loads up but since it dosent have a hard drive she won't Boot old OS use to be windows vista but I'm pretty sure u can upgrade it windows 8.1 with no problem

K I found the charging cable and yes it works fine but like I said no hard drive but everything else works fine I'll put up a pic of the laptop turning on

Since it don't have a hard drive you first get the vaio logo and loads on to a black screen that says no operating system
