That one lady that said she has one and put clear polish on band part---do u put in on inside of band and what does that do? Keep it from wearing down? Will F/W

To be honest I think the plating would not wear off for a long time. I wouldn't put polish on it unless you think you really need too. Keep in mind that although it is plated, gold is a durable precious metal. I would advice to go to a jeweler and get the piece dipped in gold instead of polish if you might need it in the future due to wear. I can recommend places that may do it at a discounted price.
