I have this brand nail polish new to it and don't get what the swatch me is for can please explain ?

The black top comes off of the Julep nail polishes. So you take (pull) off the top, unscrew the wand and then you can paint on the sticker to get a clearer look of the color. This will result in having the color swatch at the top of the bottle all the time. Does that help? Some Julep colors come with the sticker on the top, some do not. Thanks for checking out my auction. Thank you. Did you try to take the top off of one of your polishes? Sometimes people paint the whole top and take the stickers off. I use the stickers myself. It just depends on what you prefer!!

The black cap on the top should come off. It can be pretty tight the first time it comes off but it will. What color did you try it on? Keep it closed tightly and pull off the top :(
