See picture #2: low esr capacitor 1500uF 6.3V and 470uF 16V Radial Mini Electrolytic Capacitor need to be replaced. Not a tough job and the total cost for those two capacitors is $1.89 Please do not bid if you don't know how to replace a capacitor or unable to take it to someone who can.

Yes, PCI-E. Purchased parts from computer store closing. Was going to put this up as working since it was in the "working" pile that I bought. Then I noticed the capacitors appeared to be bad so I had to make mention of them. I looked over the board for hot spots or obvious problems and found none. That's all I can really say. Wish I could give you better info other than it looks good... But I'd rather be honest and get lower bids than screw someone. Brad
