2. I try to be fair and accurate with all my auctions and descriptions. Please read each auction and bid carefully.
3. Your item will be shipping out within 14 days. I try to use US Postal Service.
4. If there is a shipping fee, I only use paypal do not bid if you are not willing to pay through paypal.
5. Send your verified address and shipping charges (if applicable) with in 7 days of auction ending date. If I do not receive your verified address or shipping fees within 7 days, I will keep the credits and re-list the item, as per Listia rules.
6.Once you win/received the item it is yours. This obligates you to pay amount owed (shipping/credits). If for some reason you dispute this item, you must have photo proof of the dispute claim.
7. When receiving a package and damage has occurred this is not the seller's fault. This is between you and the delivery service. Refunds are not issued for damaged packages.
8. For returns it is up to the winner to send the item back to get a refund of credits. There are no refunds of shipping fees because seller has to pay this to send an item.
9. Winner forfeits all rights if no contact within 7 days of action ending.
10. I take pride in being a fair and honest seller and promise to treat you the same way I would want to be treated.
