Listia is fun, yet when it comes to $hipping, it can really drain your accounts.
I try to put Free Shipping on what I can and from what I've noticed, *most* things ship for about $2.32. I charge $2.50 bc PayPal takes a fee- leaves me $2.13. Tracking can be added for an additional $1.05.

I'm here to have fun- not to become broke. So, either I charge for shipping or I can't stay here in Listia :(

So, unless otherwise stated, I cannot waive shipping.
PayPal only.

i hear you on the shipping..seems like noone wants to pay it.then you only get 1 credit or 2 and you gotta pay 7.00 for those 3 credits.plus wait to get them..yeah ive spent around 60 or more so far.but the items with shipping fees noone bids on and if they do bid they dont pay.ive had 3 people actually pay out of like 9.one person lived in europe..116.00 to ship a package over there and here in us cost about 4,oo.i refused to send item.but now to my question on the listing here.is the listing for all 5 or just one

What gets me is when a person wins, then sends a message saying they can't pay shipping or bid too quickly... You have to confirm shipping charges- how is that bidding too quickly?!?!?

I try to be fair with shipping charges. I used to list almost everything as free shipping and have spent well over $200.,,

Can't do that anymore- I'd get lots of bids too- but the way I look at it, shipping is a lot cheaper than outright buying.

ok..thank you.will be watching.already fanned you...the process of this is a little frustrating..i feel like ive spent pretty close to 70 bucks now just to give people my items that alot of them i paid good money for.and then gotta wait almost a month to get the few credits they sold for.i sold these sticker lot of many items the doll set cost 30 was barely used the books and stickers were about 20 so theres 50 i invested some of the items were new.then the person paid like 5 or 6 i think for shipping but then paypal took their fees and it cost 10.00 to ship the items.so i had 60 bucks invested and i got 2 yes 2 credits and havent recieved them yet.but 2 credits.i didnt know i could put a set amount in..i was actually a little angry about that.

great auction, watching. i definitely understand where you are coming from about the shipping thing. i have had a problem lately where items i should be able to send in an envelope i have to pay 2 bucks and change for to ship because people want to file false claims and disputes because they are trying to work the system and take advantage of an item sent without tracking!
