The listing, Vintage Egyptian Wall Plate - Brass, Copper, Silver Plaque Egypt, with Pharaohs 8" has ended.

Here we have a vintage decorative wall plate from Egypt, measuring 8" across, made of brass, with gold and copper plating and black oxidation for the design. Lovely piece. Has a few small spots that should rub out, could use a good polishing. There is a small dent on the outer edge. On the back is a loop for hanging it on the wall. Nice display souvenir!

Sorry about the delay in my replying! This piece is around 30 years old. The dent on the outer lip is 1/3" in size.

It was given as a gift to my mother from my godmother, who traveled extensively and used to send things regularly. My mother and godmother had a falling out some years ago, and I've been hanging on to these things. Now, no more room! Spring cleaning, as I now have a young family of my own.
