Their measurement for size Medium is the following: fits waist 22" - 28" Waist to Tail 6". the tail to bottom of pants leg adds on an additional 13"...so pants like this would fit a dog with longer legs like a Cocker Spaniel, etc. My dog didn't fit into these pants because he is a Shih Tzu mix and has short legs. The back waist band has a Velcro closure that is adjustable and there is plenty of room for legs and open space for the dog to wee. Very soft and plush material.United States Shipments.
