This is a standard sized sim card ready for activation on the H2O website at:

The card and package pictured is the one I am currently using on my phone. The one the winner of the auction will receive is brand new and unopened!

Note: This is only a sim card. It is needed to activate a GSM (AT&T, T-mobile, etc) phone on the H2O network. There is no calling plan, minutes or data connected with this auction. For questions about this low cost phone service I refer you the H2O website.

just to clarify, do we have to 'activate' this card by signing up for a contract ??? or can we just activate it ourselves and use it?? in wifi areas of course.

When I started using H2O wireless service, I activated my card at their website and installed it in my phone. At that point my phone detected the H2o signal and updated the phones clock. After that I was able to choose between several talk, text, and data plans.
No contracts, just buy as much or as little as you want, cancel anytime. I don't use the phone much so I bought a $10 "Minutes" plan. $10 for 200 minutes and the minutes expire in 3 months. At which time I expect to buy more.
