What you are bidding on are 4 seed.
This is a Dwarf plant it only grows 3 to 6 feet tall. You will want to plant this in a pot. This plant needs full sun except during seeding period which then it needs half sun and part shade. Plant the seed in a horizontal position. Water daily but not to much loves dry.
Annual: Easy to Grow
Sun: Full except seedling period which need half part shade
Soil: Well drained
Sow: Plant 1/4" deep in horizontal line ( lie down position).
Germinates: 5-30 days
Blooms: Regularly depended on weather
Height: 3-6 feet
Garden Hint: Loves Dry, Water Daily but not too wet.

You can also bet your friends want have one. You plant it in a pot bring inside in the winter full sun. Yard of the month if you want with this

Do you guarantee the seeds to germinate?

No I can't because I don't know what type of soil you are using or if it get the right amount of sun/shade during the germination period or if you are watering it correctly. So I can not guarantee the seeds will germinate but I can take photos of the ones at my house that I just started new plants from the same group of seeds that you would be getting your seeds from.
