If you mean the model #'s to the key fob, they might have them listed in the car owner's manual. But the best way is to have your VIN # and call your local dealership and ask for the service dept. Then ask for the model # of the remote entry transmitter that your car would use. Then just compare that # with the one that I have. Thank you for looking!!

I Googled the key fob #'s and it listed a lot of Fords that use this one. Hopefully you'll get some answers tomorrow. Good luck.

Here is the answer I got from my Ford Dealer.
Where the code can be found
This code is located on the owner's wallet card in the glove box
Is available from your authorized dealer via scan code
Is marked on the computer module
