Ok i dont have actual info on these but my mom says there silver overlay on top of cobalt blue glass salt and pepper shakers.. possibly from 1930's..dont quote me on that.. i just collect these..
they have a beautiful design cut out in the silver and on the top has a sharp arrow like point.

they are in great condition i see no flaws...they are tarnished...

they stand about..4 inches high...

if someone knows anything about these id love to hear info.. thanks for looking
