I received these at work a couple of months ago. The gentleman stood in front of me and took them out of their protective set package. He laid them on my counter, I counted them and made him a ticket (I work at a casino) for our slot machines. I then sold them to my neighboring cashier and went around and bought them. They have been touched by only 3 people, only 4 times.
