The listing, 8 Antique Belgium Lace Making Bobbins has ended.
I got these on our last trip to Holland, 2012, from my cousin, 75 years young, who got them from an antique store in Belgium. She does know how to make the lace using these and she agreed to part with some of them. Lucky me! I have many more, as she gave me about 20 of them. These are made from Palm wood and are approx. 4' long. The pointed ones look like 'Bayeux' from Belgium and the other 2 look to be bobbins called 'Bruges Duchese', coming from the Belgium city of Bruges. As you can see, they still have some of the thread on them. I love how they look. I will not be relisting any more of these, as I want to keep the rest for myself. These are the real deal. Truly Antique!
