What rules were violated?

Wow, You are Special. Do you think that maybe others have to work and maybe they are not behind a computer all day to send replies? For your information, the tracking number is perfectly correct and come monday when it gets scanned and starts to show information you will be able to see that the tracking is correct. Since the shipping label was printed Saturday the actual Post office is closed before the mail man returnes to the post office. therefore it will not get scanned until monday. It was shipped from Oaktown but wont get scanned until Bruceville opens on monday. I do not know what rules I have Violated, I can not help the Restricted hours the US Postal service has imposed. maybe you should goto their web site and read up on that. Normally I do not have issues I have 100% feed backs and I am known to ship the items very fast. I think you have jumped the gun a bit. But what ever floats your boat I guess. maybe you should read my feed backs here on Listia. Have a great day. Smile once in a while and take a deep breath. For Those who maybe wondering, I would seem that jewels50 has a issue that she would like to bring to everyone's attention.... She has won this very same item on another auction Apr 5 2014, 11:15:58 AM ... I printed a shipping label on April 5, 2014 USPS.com shows the status of Electronic Shipping Info Received. Since the shipping label was printed Saturday the actual Post office is closed before the mail man returns to the post office. therefore it will not get scanned until monday. It was shipped from Oaktown but wont get scanned until Bruceville opens on monday.
I do not see any violations that I have committed. But since we wish to point fingers at Rules and Policy let reflect on this:

Shipping Time Frames
We encourage users to communicate promptly with one another when listings end, but here are the maximum time frames.

Winner
Unless otherwise agreed upon by both the winner and seller after the listing has ended, you must contact the seller within 7 days and provide your approved shipping address (if applicable) and shipping payment (if applicable)
For example, if a listing ends on Tuesday, you have until the next Tuesday to contact the seller with your shipping info
If you fail to do so, the seller may re-list the item and keep any credits earned
As always, we encourage you to contact the seller promptly and well before the limit to ensure a smooth transaction
Seller
Unless otherwise agreed upon by both the winner and seller after the listing has ended, you must ship items out within 7 days from the day you receive the winner's approved shipping address and shipping payment (if applicable)
For example, if you get the shipping address and payment on Tuesday, you have until the next Tuesday to ship
If you fail to do so, the winner will be entitled to a refund in case of a dispute
As always, we encourage you to ship items promptly and well before the limit to ensure a smooth transaction....... Well lets see the auction ended on April 5th and I shipped it on April 5th. (picked up by the Post man pending to be scanned on monday) monday 7th when it will be scanned is ahhhhh 2 days....of the 7 days I could have waited to ship the item. So really Jewels50 is in violation of the Listia shipping time frame policy since she claims to have reported this to Listia Support. Which is Good I encourage the use of Support in these cases.

Normally I would not reply publicly but felt the need since jewels50 is tring to trash my wonderful auction with comments that pertain to a different auction all together. Sorry I was going to try to be a bit more professional in response but it seems I might have failed,,, sorry for that.

oh btw the tracking number in question from the closed auction is Tracking # (USPS): 9400109699939807187669

Oh and for the Record Jewels50 complained on all three of my auctions for this item. when really she didn't have grounds to say anything all. Jewels50 has been a Member since Mar 17, 2014 and clearly fails to understand how the site is intended to operate. It is a pitty when same day order processing is not good enough to suit someone.
