I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS. (does NOT taste like carrots.) This is served in a famous restaurant which I am not allowed to show....just trust me folks.

This is an amazingly easy recipe to follow and very delicious. None of my family was able to guess that it was carrots.

I have made this many times and everyone loves it, including the children. They all think it is sweet potatoes or yams. This is so good, you can even serve it as a dessert. It's a light and airy souffle.. mmm very good.
