It was new with tag when I bought it a week ago, but the lady listed it as a 2x and stated that it ran small but the tag said 3x; it hangs off me (Does NOT run small).

Yes; I liked it too until I tried it on. I'm a size 18 - 20, barely and losing weight so while it was an adorable top, it wasn't very pretty hanging off one shoulder. :/

No probably not. I to am losing weight, but for the time I need big clothes. Joined weight watcher last week, so we will see.
