It's McCall's Costumes M5904. Beautiful patterns of costumes for girls between 2 to 8 years old.Children's and Girl's Fairy Costumes: Package includes pullover dress with wings, skirt variations with elasticized waistband, and hat. It has 11 pieces. Suggested fabrics are Satin, Novelty Mesh, Organza, Tulle, and additional fabric may be needed to match stripes, plaids, or one-way design fabric.
This was given to me by a friend. It's been open, but hardly used. I've never used it myself. All the pieces are there.

Shipping:
It takes me a few days up to a week to make it to the post office in the city over. I will send a note to my winners on the status of that. I usually like to ship all my items to my winners in one trip.
