Description

The listing, ATI RADEON X1950 XTX PCI-E 512MB GPU W/Power Supply Adapter has ended.

This is an ATI Radeon made by Sapphire. Honestly no comparison to today's GPU's but still a great graphics card for the casual gamer or if you want to play better games without spending hundreds of $$. Runs without flaw and no over heating issues. I played LOTRO and COD 3 on medium to high settings with little to no lag. Ofcourse different fps rates can happen depending on the rest of your pc's components. Either way if your on a tight budget it'll get ya gaming until $ permits a nicer one. Thanks for bidding and gl!

I prefer AMD as well. since they cam out thet just get better and are priced to sell not like intel wat too costly for nothing special at all really not impressed with the new I5 and I7 being the I5 runs the same as a I7 guess you just pay more for the 2 number difference?

You read my mind....I7 are a bit faster than the I5 but not enough to pay the price difference imo. Biggest difference is the hyper-threading but honestly most people don't even use programs that would make use of 8 threads.

It will also work with Windows 7 & 8 OS Platforms. You will need to download the ATI Catalyst(free) from ATI's website to find the driver for your platform.

Thanks for the comment. The only thing wrong is that the cs rim isn't required to install the drivers for the gpu.

Can it fit pci express x1?
Apr 2nd, 2014 at 1:39:24 PM PDT by
Original
Sadly no it will not. As for most GPU's, it does require pci-x16 slot and because of the size of the card it will also cover the (empty) pci slot below it.
