This is a matching top and bottom set , by Kathy Lee, It is a long sleeved V neck top , with full length skirt ,that has a slit in the back , The material is a soft velvety velour like material , and it says size small but it's quite stretchy , and can fit up to a 14 I'd say , possibly 16 (if you like a tight curvaceous fitted look).
