I never used this, plugged it in and it works. Came with a a cellphone i bought used. Questions & Comments

1. do you have the installer, or when it plugs in, it automatically installs in your device?
2. even if I'm not a verizon carrier user, can I use it (whenever, wherever)?
3. does it have a password to unlock so I can use it?

i plugged it into my computer and looks like i was able to install it. My mom bought a used cell phone from a yard sale and this was in the box with it. i have no idea of anything about it to be honest.

It's a wireless antenna. No, it doesn't require Verizon. I have two of these.
