Dont really know if its newer or older. Had a NUMBER of things given to me this was in there. Going on the craftsmenship, id say older, but im no expert. Its just something i definiatly have no use for.

I am not fimiliar with paypal, im fairly new on this site..
Ok as for shipping, the weight is 60.2grams = 2.15ounces, so im thinking i can just stick it in an envelope with what three stamps, RIGHT? If you have a better suggestion im open to it. thanx

That really is not safe. The mail machines rip open envelopes which are not flat plus you have no proof you mailed it. Shipping in a small bubblewrap envelope with delivery confirmation would be around $2.00 at the post office. The best way to ship in my opinion.
