I don't know if anyone will notice this ... but if you do, and you are interested, please email me for important information! :)
My email is DeeRettig@yahoo.com. Put "Health Information" as the Subject, so I will know what it is for.

I have been introduced (only partly by searching the internet for the book), to a literal goldmine to living a "Healthy" fufilled life. I do not get paid for sharing this, I have nothing to gain ... it is simply, if you are reading this, because I care about you and want to help you as much as myself, be the best we can be ~ All I can do is share it ... it is up to you what priority you give it, but please, for the sake of your health, read it ... THEN make your decision! :) I am sure it will at the least, give you pause for thought! It REALLY makes sense!

If you have CFS, Chronic pain, Asthma, Arthritis, other breathing problems, Fibromyagia, any ongoing disease or if you don't feel pefectly healthy, and
if you DO feel perfectly healthy, you NEED this information ... If if is so important, why don't you have it, it is becoming more and more available, but, certain "companies" don't like their profits being cut into ~ Email me :)

Much Love and Concern,
Dee

Thank you ... yes, I used Aloe a lot when my children were growing up! :)
I am currently taking a 2 year course for Hatural Health Consultant. I
beleive very strongly in alternative medicine and have for a long time, but I
do beleive that what we now call traditional medicine still has it's place also. :)
The two should be used hand in hand.

Ashwaganda (sometimes spelled Ashwagandha) is an herb that has been traditionally used to give energy to the body and treat sexual ailments in men. A medium, sometimes large, dense bush with red berries, it grows wild in South Asia and can be cultivated in other very warm climates. In cooler (nontropical) climates, it must be grown every year as an annual plant.
