Synopsis
Janet Leigh, star of "Psycho", writes a novel about a film colony and two men who meet there. A local kid named Jude who works at the colony makes friends with, and eventually is hired by, a screen idol named Wade. As Wade becomes a star, Jude rises to become a producer. Covering much of the 20th century, "House of Destiny" chronicles their friendship, their lives, and the film world itself, with plenty of Hollywood anecdotes sprinkled throughout.
