There is no size on the tag.
Yes a tag inside actually says and i quote the hat
" collegiate licensed product"
In regards to hat size, i know it is NOT kids size, would say adult size.

Not sure what you mean by flatbill??? But will answer to the best of my abbiity. It is an regular size baseball hat bill. Not over size if that is what flatbiil means. The bill is a little curved down to keep sun out of your eyes, but i think most baseball hats are like that..
So if you could explain exactly what flatbill means if i have not answered your question.
