I grew this YUMMY broccoli last year and I spent alllll summer wishing I had more seeds to plant so I collected my own seeds and this year I have PLENTY to share w/ you :D

Start them in seed trays every 2-3 weeks and you'll have it all summer and fall!!

Calabrese broccoli is an heirloom variety, and one of the most familiar and popular of the broccoli varieties available today. Calabrese is usually the one you find in your local market! Plant Calabrese broccoli seeds in a sunny spot with properly drained soil. Deep green heads can grow up to 8 inches in diameter.

Nana, you know this is our first year and from what I read we may be late. Will these still grow well down in MS if I start them ASAP?

I really can't say as I am not familiar with your area and it's growing seasons. I wish I had an answer for you. I would suggest that you ask a farmer in your area or HEY.......maybe call your local co-op. Yeah :D that's what I would do :D Call the local Farmers Co-Op. also maybe you can just wait and plant them in the late summer for a spring crop :D Best wishes to you :D
