Actually its size 6 US, hats a big difference from size 8 I just searched on google UK dress size conversion chart :)

It's chiffon and polyester. I don't think it can, sorry.

If it's a size 10 in the U.K it most likely isn't a size 10 in the U.S, I'd say a size 8 in the U.S
