You win 60 (30 pair) of these wonderful flat-back stud earring findings ... attach your own earring dangle! They INCLUDE the clear rubber BACKS (see second photo). They are 12mm (about 1/4 inch).

Very delicate and dainty, and BRIGHT silver or gold plated. I have tried ROUND stud earring findings, but I like these flat ones better because they sit flush to the ear ... and are great for people who have thin earlobes and can't wear heavy earrings.
