Ego C4 refillable cigarette. Comes with battery, tank, lanyard, and charger. No eliquid included. Clearimizer tank is new, never used. Battery was used one time and works great. Charger was used once to charge the battery. Purchased another unit so don't need this one.

So this tank is different than the cartomizer that can really only be used like 5 times then throw away, is that correct?

No this is same tank. Cartimizer and clearomizer are brand names I think, but same in that you use for a period of time and replace them as the wick gets burnt taste. They do make rebuildable tanks for them that you can order online.
