As I'm a experience seller, with more than 500 items sold on this website over the past 1 year and an half and with 100% positive feedback rating, I receive credits from the auctions I sell automatically when the auction ends.
And, by the way, Listia rules state that, in case of a dispute, credits are awarded to the seller when: "Winner backs out or does not want the item anymore"...
