This is an LG VX5200 phone. Verizon enabled. This is about 4 years old---I think it was 3 phones ago for me.

This phone comes with a battery (not original--it was replaced so this is a newer one), the wall charger, and a vehicle charger. Both chargers worked as of last weekend. I tested the both. The phone charged up nicely and quickly and actually still has 1 bar (5 days later).

I am a retired paramedic. This was used on the job. I can't tell you how many times it fell out of my pockets, off the belt clips, or was dropped. There are significant scrapes and scratches but no major gouges except one on the antenna. All the visible damage is cosmetic ONLY. This was a workhorse phone. The battery had a good talk time and charged rapidly.

Fine for texting although there is a limit on stored messages (I think 40). This is a great phone for someone who primarily uses a phone for making calls or just to have a spare around for emergencies.

The camera does work-----HOWEVER-----there is some damage to the lens. The damage isn't visible until you're viewing the photos that you've taken. Then there is a small black mark in the photos. I don't know if some of the lens broke off or if there is some lint. It will definitely affect the quality of your photos. But if photos are your thing, then you'll probably be buying something brand new anyway.

Everything else works fine. I tried to take close-ups of the scratches but my camera just gets blurry the closer I tried to get. If you're concerned at all about the scrapes and scratches, I can try to describe them better or take better photos.
