This is an excellent like new condition full length heated massage mat with 5 motors. Was given as a gift for my aches and pains and used maybe a dozen times if that. However it didn't cover enough of the right areas for me and I needed a 10 motor one to help me out. I do not have the box any longer and not sure of the brand. The tags attached are the federal tags and cleaning instructions only. It has a handy pocket attached to put the control pad in. It has three back settings, with massage options for low and high for all areas, along with one heat setting button.

This is sizable but folds down compact and is very light weight. I am on a shipping budget so please don't ask for free shipping. Because of its light weight I don't believe shipping will be more than $15.00 and I will ship the cheapest way available. If it does cost more than shown, I will pay the difference. I do not have a scale available for this size so I cannot quote exact price at this time but it truly is light weight. I think the controllers may weigh more than the mat itself.
