Description
The listing, Bride Collectable Doll The San Francisco Music Box Co Wedding has ended.
Gorgeous! The bride on her wedding day. Porcelain doll plays a lovely melody by the San Francisco Music Box Company. Approx 23 inches tall I prefer to ship this fedex
when i look up ur zip code usps.com does not give me an option for parcel post(never had that happen) so i can do usps, but fedex might be cheaper. u can check too. i am zip code 60714. package is 7pounds 2 ounces. measures 27x9x9 inches. if parcel post via usps should not be more then $20, but for some reason website doesnt give that option only says priority $42.
shipping seems high unfortunately. usps does not offer parcel post , not sure why. it says priority mail is $57. u can check and correct me if i am wrong: 7pounds 3 oz 27x9x9 inches
Why don't you just bubble wrap her and send it off regular mail. I mean I can probably win the doll, but I don't care for paying a lot of money on shipping fees. It defeats my purpose of bidding my credits to win it. You can always insure it. The whole thing is less than $15.00. I mean in these hard economic times you are making it impossible for people like me to own nice things. I am a Disabled Senior Citizen who lives entirely off a SSI Disability Check once a month. I mean this is so unaffordable to me.
Even with the box, it still shouldn't be that much. I have 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter and they are all scattered from California to Georgia, whereas I live in the Washington DC/Northern Virginia area, and I mail stuff to them regularly. It never costs me over $20.00, and I mean I have mailed 6 dolls in one box to my granddaughter in Georgia for under $23.00. I use the USPS too...Always.
Unless she comes in a wooden box, it shouldn't cost that much. I'll just give someone a chance to win it. I have over 40,000 credits, but I don't want to bid and pay out in a lot of credits and money too.
