The listing, VERY OLD PEARL NECKLACE, "LIKE NEW" has ended.

This is for a very old pearl necklace.
It still looks new.
It has 46 Pearls on it.
This is 16" long.
Each Pearl is space 1/8th inch apart exactly.
They are not white & they are not sliver, They look like a color in between, Like the color of the inside of a clam shell, that kind of shining grayish look.

Rub them across your teeth!! If they feel gritty they are real. If smooth they would be costume pearls. What is the clasp?

I don't know for sure, I don't know any thing about pearls, I got this from An auction and it was from where a old lady past away. I payed $150.00 for them.

I have a set with a REAL pearl necklace and bracelet and your necklace has the same clasp on it as mine does. I got a jeweler to look at mine and he said they are real so yours could be too. I cant say for sure but just thought I would share my thoughts anyway. LOL
