It's not an Ultraviolet, the disc contains the digital copy

Just a heads up. You said "both discs have been unused - we didn't realize it was a blue ray copy until after we bought it." In case you did not know, the 2nd Disc is a DVD.

it came in the plastic jacket covered in plastic wrap, there was no slip cover over jacket

Right, but it usually comes with an insert with a code to activate the digital copy. I wanted to make sure it was still in the case (so the digital copy is redeemable).

I don't see a code, but whatever was in the case when we bought it is still there.
