This is a medium sized bracelet.

I use only 100% Nylon 7 strand core 550 Paracord for most of my projects.

I prefer to only use the heavy duty 1/2" buckle with a built in whistle. (The whistle is the little square, eraser head-like thing sticking out the side of the male part of the buckle in photo.)

Therefore, it is very important to double-check your wrist and bracelet size before ordering. Remember, your typical clothing size may not correspond to your wrist or bracelet size.

Medium: 7 1/2 to 8 1/2 inches
Large: 8 1/2 to 9 inches
X-Large: 9. inches and up

How to measure your bracelet size: Wrap a string or similar item snugly (but not too tightly) around your wrist, just below your wrist bone. Mark the length, (cutting and/or measuring the ribbon with a ruler) and add 1/2 to 1.0 inch. This is your bracelet size.
