This is a very interesting, rare, and informative cookbook series. Published from 1969, 1970, and 1971, from the Time Life Foods of the World cook book series, these books are filled with invaluable traditional recipes. These books show some outside wear from storage, but I doubt they were opened in a kitchen, as the interior pages are perfect. These books are spiral bound to lay flat for easy reading. Each book is 150 pages and are 6 inches by 9 inches. Cardboard covers, heavy paper stock pages. Pictures are actual scans of books. Cover is a little marked. Interior pages are perfect. Cookbooks include American, American Southwest, Melting Pot, American Northwest, and Spain and Portugal.
