It is unreasonable to expect winning bidders to contact you in one day's time and you do not have control over whether or not credits will be refunded to the winner. You will need to revise your auctions and remove these terms. Listia will not stand behind you if you re-list an auction after one day of not hearing from the winning bidder.

when you have people winning your auctions and not responding to you and sending you info where to ship an item it takes away from other people getting the chance to have the item!

I understand how frustrating that can be, however, the guideline that we follow is that a reasonable amount of time for a transaction to complete from purchase to delivery is 10 days. If you haven't heard from the winner in about a week's time then it would be reasonable to re-list at that point. If a winner contacts you on the second or third day and you have already re-listed the item, they have a right to that item or their credits back. Listia would side with them....I hope that this helps you to understand your responsibility as a seller. Thanks!
