I think you did something with twitter and face book. But the badges at the top of this screen under your name show that you are not verified yet. it should somewhere say about verification and then ask you to type inyour address. This verifiecication protects all the sellers and bidders and helps to handle disputes. say we had a disoute then you would not be covered because you are not verified . i dont why they make it so hard or obscure. If you need mo e help let me know . keep trying. we love new people. and it is addicting
