No I dont have a clue what was wrong with it. A friend gave it me. I think If you need parts go for it . But i would not try and rebuild this one.

yes but it is missing the hard drive the ram the battery and the charger. If you have one that needs a couple parts from it then i would say go for it but if not you will be money into it that its not worth it.

What i meant is one pic shows the motherboard is the case all together or is that piece missing ?

Ok, The mother board is there. Everything is there except the hard drive/ram/battery and battery cover. also no charger. The monitor has somw wera but no cracks. I really dont know weatherthe monitor works or not. My friend was cleaning out all his older laptops and desk tops. He gave them to me. I will be adding more of them as they sell. I will be happy to break even on these because of shipping.
